You track the success of your campaigns through integrating our detailed analytics and reporting dashboard. For our MassDM campaigns, we provide a dashboard where you can see open rates, replies, and clicks. We also offer tracking on wallets, tokens, and user behavior with options to implement a pixel for more detailed insights.
What ad platforms can you support?
We support major platforms including Twitter, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Reddit. We provide on-chain targeted audiences for your campaigns, ensuring you're reaching the right people based on wallet behavior and blockchain data.
What’s the typical reply rate for MassDM campaigns?
Our clients typically see reply rates ranging between 3% to 7% for MassDM campaigns, depending on how well the audience is targeted and how compelling the messaging is. In some cases, reply rates can reach as high as 10%.
Can I monitor the campaign in real-time?
Yes! You will have access to a dashboard that shows key metrics such as the number of messages sent, open rates, replies, and other engagement data. You can also view and respond to messages directly within the platform.

Do I need to integrate anything into my platform?

How long does it take to set up a campaign?
It usually takes us about 2-3 days to gather the necessary data and set up your campaign. For MassDM campaigns, we integrate with your Twitter or Telegram accounts and begin sending messages within a couple days after setup.
Can I use my official account for MassDMs?
Yes! We recommend using your company's official account for a more authentic outreach. We manage the process through our platform but all messages are sent from your account, allowing you to maintain full control and ownership of the interactions.
